We’re thrilled to hear about scholarship award recipients who are taking full advantage of their educational opportunities and expanding their horizons. A shining example of this is Grace Mathis, a sophomore at The University of Mary Hardin–Baylor.

In her first year of study, the biology major (honors program) added a minor in art, became a member of the TriBeta Biology Honor Society, joined a student organization that takes outdoor adventure trips, and somehow found the time to serve on the production crew for a musical theater production. To cap it off, she was accepted into a study abroad program allowing her to take classes in London during the Spring 2024 semester.
